Rod Lock Series ABRL allows the mechanical locking of the piston rod in any position along the stroke. The Rod Lock is activated upon the loss of operating pressure.

Flat-1
Flat-1® cylinders have been redesigned to include a number of new features and new catalog standard options. New features include permanent grease lubrication, standard hard chrome plated piston rods, and an improved bumper design. New standard options are available in the catalog as well, including metallic rod scrapers, low pressure hydraulic designs, and a standard mounting hole interchange for another compact cylinder manufacturer. Optional body and bearing materials have also been added to provide the outstanding option breadth that Bimba is known for in a high quality, compact cylinder design.

All Plastic Cylinders for Harsh Environments
The All-Plastic Cylinder incorporates a piston-rod made from PVDF, while a PTFE sheath covers the traditional stainless steel construction of the Bimba PC cylinder. The result is a cylinder having the construction and strength of a traditional Bimba cylinder with 100% plastic components exposed to the environmental elements.
MACQ Series
This medium-duty, extruded-aluminum-body, compact industrial pneumatic cylinder is offered through our MFD partnership. It's streamlined look offers a low cost, low profile option which is an excellent choice for space saving designs. Integrated switch profile grooves come standard for easy switch mounting.

BPV Pneumatic Pinch Valve
The BPV Series Pneumatic Pinch Valves are designed to provide affordability and compactness without sacrificing on quality. This valve series functions by allowing the opening and closing of the tube which results in a controlled flow of various medias. 4 different sizes are available: 1/8”,1/4”, 3/8”, and ½” OD with a permanent grease lubricant that requires no additional lubrication during service. Configurable mounting options are available with additional mounting options sold separately.

IntelliAxis® T-Bot and H-Bot
The multi-axis electric belt drive actuators offer 2-axis linear motion control using a unique single belt transport system that serpentines around both the X and Z axes which eliminates the need for a motor in the Z-axis while using two coordinated motors in the X-axis. Advantages and benefits include coordinated motion control for complex motion profiles including circles, ellipses, and sine waves.
The HSXY/Z offers high thrust capability with high speed performance via a robust belt construction. Sharing many of the same components as Bimba’s flagship B80/B110 actuator family, the HSXY/Z offers long durability and performance all in a unique design. No motor in the Z-axis leads to reduced weight, which in turn leads to less overall Z-axis load and reduced X-axis motor size. The thrust and torque of both X-axis motors converge to provide twice the thrust of a single motor.

IntelliPress™ Electric Bench Top Press
Add more flexibility to your pressing applications with Bimba’s Intellipress™ Electric Bench Top Press. The IntelliPress™ bench top electric press is designed specifically to complement Bimba’s hydraulic and pneumatic presses and provide you with complete control over process speed, pressing force, and home position.
The ability to manufacture quality products is made easier with the capability to monitor both pressing distance and applied force. The networkable color HMI provides the ability to monitor production data and enables the operator to change production settings quickly and easily for faster changeover and setup times.
The oversized internal ball screw enables you to choose between three force output ratings for 3,000, 6,000, or 12,000 pounds of pressing force for your applications. The actuator is bolted to a high rigidity anodized steel frame designed for minimal deflection. Press controls include a solid-state safety relay to make integrating into your safety circuit simple and very flexible. Process changeover is made simple as each actuator features a female tapped rod end to readily accept your tooling.
