Basic Industrial Hydraulics (3 days)
This course covers the fundamentals and principles of industrial hydraulics. The construction, operation and uses of individual hydraulic components are a major part of this program. It is designed for operation, maintenance, repair and some minor trouble shooting of industrial applications and machinery.

Cognex In-Sight EasyBuilder and Spreadsheet Standard
In-Sight® EasyBuilder® and Spreadsheets Standard class teaches the basics of how to configure a vision application using the EasyBuilder and spreadsheet configuration environment and user interface. This class features 2 days of standard EasyBuilder topics and 2 days of standard spreadsheets topics.
The In-Sight EasyBuilder and Spreadsheet Standard product class gives new In-Sight users an overview of the hardware and software used by In-Sight Vision Systems. With the focus on getting the most from the In-Sight Explorer EasyBuilder and spreadsheet interfaces, users learn how to walk through the process of setting up a vision application, step by step in EasyBuilder and spreadsheet programming best practices. This interface requires no programming and uses intuitive menus enabling them to focus on solving their application quickly and effectively.

Mitsubishi GOT2000 and GT Works3 Training (3 days)
This course is intended to familiarize the attendee with the GOT2000 Family of operator interface products and the software needed to create, configure and modify screens which can be used with PLC systems. This class will be taught using the GT27 operator interfaces, Q Series PLCs, and GT Works3+plus software suite.
PLC PROGRAMMING IS NOT COVERED IN THIS COURSE. PRIOR MITSUBISHI PLC EXPERIENCE IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.

Mitsubishi GX Works2 Programming (3 days)
This course is intended to introduce the GX Works2 programming software and programming in ladder logic. This course covers the concepts of ladder programming, as well as the features of the GX Works2 software. The material covered will include concepts applicable to the FX Series, L Series, and Q Series programmable controller families. Previous PLC training or experience is highly recommended for this course. Notebook PC's are provided.

This course is designed to introduce the fundamentals of the E700 Series Variable Frequency Drives. Topics include AC motors, VFD theory, load types, hardware, parameters, configuration, installation, and real-world applications. FR Configurator software will be used in the course.

This course is intended to introduce the concepts of structured programming. This includes the structured ladder, structured text, and sequential function chart programming languages.
PLC PROGRAMMING IS NOT COVERED IN THIS COURSE. PRIOR MITSUBISHI PLC EXPERIENCE AND GX WORKS 2 KNOWLEDGE ARE STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.

Mitsubishi D75/D77 Motion (2 days)
This course is intended to familiarize the attendee with the QD75 and QD77 families of motion control modules and the software needed to configure and maintain a motion system. Topics include GX Works 2 configuration, intelligent function utility, Simple Motion Module Setting Tool, memory layout, buffer memory allocation, I/O allocation, module parameters, servo parameters, homing methods, positioning data, jogging, and basic troubleshooting.
PLC PROGRAMMING IS NOT COVERED IN THIS COURSE. PRIOR MITSUBISHI PLC EXPERIENCE IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.
